early morning treats - We will take a piping hot carafe of coffee or tea and a small plate of fresh-baked muffins or scones to each Guest room at a pre-arranged time. Some properties serve fresh fruit, cereals, or yogurt at this time - we follow your established procedures so that your Guest experiences are consistent.
breakfast service - Each property has a unique offering for the morning meal. Using your recipes or our specialties, we plan, shop, create, serve, and clean up after this feast!
We create many dishes that people love, both traditional and unique, and always use the freshest of local and seasonal ingredients. As part of our pre-stay research, we consult with you to establish the style of your Breakfast Service, what your Guests have come to expect, and the shops and establishments you frequent to source your ingredients.
Whether you offer a Lavish Continental or Full Breakfast Service, each meal is presented beautifully and creatively, as the esthetics of a meal are as much part of the Guest experience as the pleasure to their palates. We take the utmost care of your dishes and serving pieces, rotating their use and keeping everything polished and shiny!
other food and beverage service - We are happy to bake scrumptious cookies and other goodies to be offered at bedtime, or serve cocktails and appys in the afternoon - whatever tradition you have established will continue to be graciously offered.
